Soulsick

Soulsick is a negative status that attacks both your health and your soul economy. While it is active, Soul damage is dealt over time, reducing both your health and your stored souls — a double penalty for soul-based builds.

Players can apply Soulsick with the Lullaby Blade gear piece and with the Soul Blast Enchantment enchantment on melee weapons, which adds soul damage-over-time to its wave attack. On the receiving end, the Twisted Warden — Minecraft Dungeons II Boss Guide, the Sculk Monstrosity, the Scavenger and its soul-corrupted variant can inflict it. The Sculk Monstrosity, the Warden and its soul-corrupted twin are immune.

Tactically, Soulsick is uniquely punishing for builds that rely on souls to fuel artifacts and effects, since it drains the very resource those builds need. The Twisted Warden — Minecraft Dungeons II Boss Guide is a notable source, so bring soul-independent damage for that fight. Offensively, it is a niche but flavorful debuff for soul-themed loadouts using Soul Blast Enchantment. When afflicted, prioritize ending the effect quickly and avoid spending souls on artifacts until it fades — every soul point lost is damage you can't buy back.
