Strengthened

Strengthened is a positive status that supercharges your damage output. While it is active, all of your attacks deal increased damage, applied as a multiplicative bonus — which generally makes it more powerful than flat or additive damage buffs.

Two sources are documented. The Battle Banner gear piece grants the status when used, and the Strengthening Hit gear effect can apply it as well.

Strengthened is one of the strongest offensive buffs available because of its multiplicative nature. It pairs especially well with Grindstone - Minecraft Dungeons II Artifact, which adds an additive damage bonus from a different part of the damage formula, so the two stack cleanly instead of competing. Combine Strengthened with Critical Precision guaranteed crits from the Fighter's Flute or Critical Strength crit damage from the Warrior Drums to create devastating burst windows against elites and bosses. Since it affects all attacks, ranged builds benefit just as much as melee — pop the Battle Banner before a boss damage phase and let every arrow and swing hit harder.
