Gamer Cap

The Gamer Cap is a Legendary hat given exclusively to players who joined the Bongo Cat beta before the official launch on March 5, 2025. It marks its wearer as one of the game's earliest supporters, making it one of the most exclusive items in the game.

How to obtain

The Gamer Cap is retired: it was awarded only to beta participants, and anyone who started playing after the March 5, 2025 launch can never earn it. It is still tradeable, so buying one from another player on the Steam Community Market is the only way to get it now.

Gameplay notes

Hats are equipped from the inventory and show while the cat bongs along with keyboard, mouse or controller input. As a retired beta-exclusive Legendary, it carries serious bragging rights among collectors.
