Walkthrough step-by-step
Kill the Hedron
Dylan killed the Hedron's physical form, but it is now taking over his mind. Zoe activated the MCD, but it did not work — it could not stop the transformation, yet it stopped him from fighting back, so he ripped it out of his head. This is not how his story ends — not this time.
After defeating the Hedron in the previous mission, you are in the Gap — walk forward and interact with the wall of the cell. Run forward and use Reach to grapple across the platforms toward the Hedron. On the large platform, defeat a large group of Hedron enemies with the help of a large number of Hiss. After all the enemies are defeated, keep platforming toward the Hedron. One more large area follows with another big fight of Hedron enemies alongside the Hiss. After they are defeated, continue platforming toward the Hedron and grapple toward it to complete the mission — this finishes the main story, and only the epilogue remains.
Spoilers about what this ending means are covered separately in the Ending Explained (Full Spoilers) guide.
