Guardian of the Golems - Minecraft Dungeons II Achievement
Guardian of the Golems is a hidden story achievement in Minecraft Dungeons II centered on the echo nest, where illagers are threatening the local golems. Your job is to drive the illagers away, stepping in as the protector of the nest. It pairs naturally with the Choir Conductor achievement, which also takes place in the same region.
How to unlock
Drive the illagers away from the echo nest during the relevant story mission. Expect a fight: the illagers will not leave on their own, so you will need to defeat or repel the attacking force to complete the objective. Once the nest is safe, the achievement unlocks. It sits in the later middle portion of the 14 hidden story achievements in story order.
Tips
- Focus the illagers threatening the nest. Clearing attackers efficiently is more important than chasing stragglers.
- Keep an eye on your health and positioning during the defense — being surrounded while protecting a fixed point can get dangerous.
- The follow-up achievement, Choir Conductor, involves awakening the echo golem in Lullaby Hills, so this fight is your introduction to the golem storyline of the region.
