Dreamruler Cover

The Dreamruler Cover is the chestplate of the Dreamruler set, a unique variant of the regular Phantom Chestplate. Its flavor text calls it as comfy as a bedcover — and that comfort helps you focus on your targets, literally: the Duelist effect grants 40% more melee damage against your primary target. Like all armor, it shares the standard base health pool, so Duelist is the piece's whole identity, on a medium-weight, Trickster + Ranger frame.

That 40% is single-target specialist money. Builds that isolate and burn down one enemy at a time — duelists who lock onto a boss or an elite while ignoring the riffraff — get the full benefit, since the bonus applies to the primary target of each swing. It stacks naturally with opener-burst strategies: the Cover appears in two endgame builds, rifeye's S-tier Awesomeaxe one-shot full-health burst and The Dungeon Fish's S-tier Prime jump build built around Prime Enchanter's Gauntlets.

The Dreamruler set is unusual in that its centerpiece already sits in proven tier-S loadouts, even though the Cover itself has no individual tier-list ranking yet. Treat it as a strong enabler for melee single-target damage rather than a standalone verdict.

It drops as the unique roll of the Phantom Chestplate, so any Phantom Chestplate drop can come out as the Cover. Farm Howling Woods and Humbler Huskland. Pair it with Dreamruler Crown, Dreamruler Pyjamas, and Dreamruler Slippers to complete the Dreamruler set, and check the Awesomeaxe one-shot guide to see the Cover in a full one-shot loadout.
