Dreamruler Slippers

The Dreamruler Slippers are the boots of the Dreamruler set, a unique variant of the regular Phantom Boots. Their flavor text promises slippers so cozy you will roll out of bed and jump into battle — and the Finesse effect makes good on it: your attack damage rises by 35% whenever you strike while jumping or rolling. Since armor shares the same base health, this aerial-and-agile damage bonus is the Slippers' entire identity, on a medium-weight, Trickster + Ranger frame.

Finesse rewards an active, airborne fighting style. Jump attacks and roll-attack cancels are staples of high-skill melee play, and a flat 35% bonus on those hits turns mobility into damage. Builds that already bounce through packs — jump-attack spam, dodge-heavy duelists, and aerial combo setups — get the most from the Slippers, since they are attacking mid-jump or mid-roll anyway.

The piece holds no tier-list ranking yet, so treat it as a playstyle enabler rather than a proven meta staple: the bonus is substantial, but it only pays off if your build commits to jumping and rolling into every exchange.

They drop as the unique roll of the Phantom Boots, so any Phantom Boots drop can come out as the Slippers. Farm Howling Woods and Humbler Huskland. Combine them with Dreamruler Cover, Dreamruler Crown, and Dreamruler Pyjamas to complete the Dreamruler set, and look at jump-attack builds for loadouts built around airborne aggression.
