Bounty Hunter Effect

Bounty Hunter is an offensive gear effect that rolls on weapons in Minecraft Dungeons II. It deals bonus damage to enemies that are already wounded, turning finishing blows into even faster finishes.
The bonus starts at 20% at tier I, then rises to 25% at tier II, 30% at tier III, and 40% at the unique tier. It shines once a fight is underway: the first hit on a full-health enemy gets nothing, but everything after lands harder, so it excels on weapons that spread damage across a crowd before cleaning up.
It is built into the Sage Tunic armor piece and can roll on many melee weapons — from the Sword and Claymore to Wolf Claws — as well as ranged options like the Crossbow and Trickbow. Builds that soften enemies up first, whether with wide melee arcs or multi-target shots, get the most from Bounty Hunter.
Bully Effect is its closest sibling, rewarding you for hitting enemies under a negative status instead of low health; the two complement each other on status-heavy builds. Reaper offers a similar executioner fantasy. Threat-level rules apply as always: tier I below threat 3, tier III from threat 6, and tier III as common as tier II from threat 15.
