Reaper

Reaper is a rollable gear effect in Minecraft Dungeons II for players who like their hits to feel final. It appears as a bonus on weapons, armor, and artifacts, drawn from the gear-roll pool rather than the book-driven Minecraft Dungeons II Enchanting Guide system. Aggressive melee builds that wade into packs and end fights quickly are its natural home.

The numbers are imposing: 25 at tier I, 35 at tier II, and 45 at tier III, with a Unique tier of 60. Even the tier I roll is stronger than many effects' top ends, which makes Reaper one of the most efficient damage effects to land — you barely need a high roll for it to matter.

Like all gear effects, it is rationed by rarity: common gear rolls none, rare gear rolls one, and special gear rolls two. The tier you roll tracks threat level — guaranteed tier I below threat 3, tier III possible from threat 6, and tier III as likely as tier II once you hit threat 15. Pair it with other big-swing damage options such as Critical Hit Effect, Assassin Effect, and Sharpness to turn your weapon into a scythe.
