Cooldown Effect

Cooldown is a utility gear effect in Minecraft Dungeons II that shortens how long you wait between artifact uses. Artifacts — your active-use items — become available again sooner, letting you lean on their abilities more often.
The standard tiers scale from 10% at tier I through 15% at tier II and 20% at tier III, with the unique tier cutting a full 30%. Talisman-mounted Cooldown is gentler, running 4% at Talisman I, 8% at Talisman II, and 14% at Talisman III.
Artifact-heavy builds gain the most here. Players who carry damage or crowd-control artifacts and cast them on rotation will feel the difference immediately, since a shorter cooldown means more casts per mission. It works well alongside Relic and Recovery, which play in the same support space, and Potion Maker Effect for builds that want every consumable and active item cycling quickly.
Effect tiers track threat level as usual: tier I only below threat 3, tier III from threat 6, and tier III as common as tier II from threat 15. Common items never roll it; rare gear carries one effect and special gear carries two.
