Fletcher Effect

Fletcher is a utility gear effect that rolls on armor in Minecraft Dungeons II. It reduces the cooldown on your ranged ammo recharge, so your arrows come back faster between volleys.
The reduction starts at 15% at tier I, climbs to 20% at tier II and 25% at tier III, and peaks at 35% on the unique tier. Ammunition in Dungeons II regenerates over time, which means Fletcher directly raises your sustained ranged damage — less waiting, more shooting.
It is built into the Hunter's Hatchet, Sharpshooter Chaps, and Woodsprite Root Boots, and rolls on armor from the Ranger and Sharpshooter sets among many others. Bowyer Effect pairs well by granting bonus arrows when ammo regenerates, while Quiver and Reload reinforce the same never-empty-quiver playstyle. Any bow or crossbow build benefits.
Note that some listings show the final row labeled as a second "Tier III" — that is the Unique tier at 35%. Threat-level rules apply: tier I only below threat 3, tier III from threat 6, and tier III as common as tier II from threat 15.
