Healing Smite Enchantment (Minecraft Dungeons II)

Healing Smite is an enchantment in Minecraft Dungeons II that turns kills into team support. Defeating an enemy has a chance to create a Regenerating well that restores health for you and nearby allies.

The chance scales with each tier: 20% at Level I, 35% at Level II, and 50% at Level III. At the top tier half of all kills drop a healing well, making it a reliable source of sustain in fights with plenty of weaker enemies. Both melee and ranged weapons benefit, since the trigger is the kill itself rather than the weapon type.

Healing Smite ranks at B tier. It is compared against the old Radiance from the first game and comes out weaker on bosses, where kills are rare and wells stop appearing. It still shines in crowded missions and multiplayer groups, where constant kills keep wells flowing for the whole team. Shielding Smite offers a defensive alternative for the same slot, while Buddy Brew Enchantment and Shadowcloak fit supportive or evasive playstyles.

The book is a quest reward for first completing "Training with the Enchantsmith" in Howling Woods. Once you have it, visit the Enchantsmith — the merchant villager with a stall in Wading Rainy Plains — to apply or upgrade it. Tier I costs 3 enchantment points plus 1 Echo Shard, Tier II costs 5 points plus 1 shard, and Tier III costs 7 points plus 1 shard, for a total of 15 points and 3 shards to fully max. Disenchanting is free and returns all points, but Echo Shards are not refunded.
