Somersault Enchantment

Somersault is a utility enchantment that supercharges the combat roll, letting the player chain multiple dodges in a row. Normally rolls are limited, but with this enchantment equipped, each rank adds another roll to the sequence, making it one of the most direct mobility upgrades available on armor.

The effect is simple to scale. Tier I grants 1 additional roll, Tier II grants 2 additional rolls, and Tier III grants 3 additional rolls, letting a fully invested character dodge, reposition, and escape danger far more often before needing to pause. Because it sits on the armor side of the gear split, it frees up weapon slots for pure damage options.

Roll-happy builds get the most out of it. Melee fighters who dodge through enemy packs, fragile ranged characters who need constant repositioning, and anyone running roll-triggered effects like Tumbleshot Enchantment will feel the difference immediately. It also pairs well with speed boosts such as Springload Enchantment for players who want to stay permanently on the move, and Dynamo Enchantment (Minecraft Dungeons II) benefits from the extra rolls feeding its momentum.

The book drops from the general enchantment book pool, and the Enchantsmith applies it at his stall in Wading Rainy Plains. Costs run 3 enchantment points plus 1 Echo Shard for Tier I, 5 points plus 1 shard for Tier II, and 7 points plus 1 shard for Tier III, totaling 15 points and 3 shards for a maxed-out Somersault. Disenchanting is free and returns the points, but not the shards.
