Tendrils of the Sprout - Minecraft Dungeons II Talisman

The Tendrils of the Sprout is a common talisman in Minecraft Dungeons II that rewards flawless play: at level 3, you deal 40% more damage while your health stays above 75%. At level 2 it drops to 20% above 85% health. It holds S tier on the tier list and appears in 5 best builds — including Pitcch's, Dear Gamer's and rifeye's endgame loadouts — and it is one of the three talismans Kane runs on every melee build.

When to use it

The Tendrils are the high-risk damage talisman. The 40% bonus is enormous, but it vanishes the moment you take real damage, so it favors skilled play, strong defenses, and fights you can control. It stacks with the other big damage talismans — the Fist of Iron (+35% melee) and the Thrifty Pendant (up to +50%) — and with the Dauntless Greaves' +60% against full-health enemies for devastating openers. Protect the threshold with the Sigil of Beeswax's bigger health pool and the Turtle Master's Mandolin's damage reduction.

How to get it

The Tendrils of the Sprout comes as a quest reward from Returning the Note Blocks in The Deep Dark (first completion).
