Carracas
Carracas was the Portugueses Edad de los Castillos unique technology that gave ships +1 cuerpo a cuerpo and armadura contra proyectiles. The Last Chieftains revised the Portugueses tree and removed it, so the armor bonus is not a current separate upgrade. (Portugueses, Edad de los Castillos, armadura contra proyectiles, Portugueses árbol de tecnologías)
Resumen
Carracas was the Portugueses Edad de los Castillos unique technology that gave ships +1 cuerpo a cuerpo and armadura contra proyectiles. The Last Chieftains revised the Portugueses tree and removed it, so the armor bonus is not a current separate upgrade. (Portugueses, Edad de los Castillos, armadura contra proyectiles, Portugueses árbol de tecnologías)
Effect and affected unidades
Carracas historically gave Portugueses ships +1 armadura cuerpo a cuerpo and +1 armadura contra proyectiles. It improved the fleet's ability to withstand both cuerpo a cuerpo and a distancia attacks. The Last Chieftains revised the Portugueses árbol de tecnologías and removed Carracas, so do not include this separate bonus in current ship statistics. (Carracas, unidades, edificios, unidades)
Research cost and timing
In The African Kingdoms-era Portugueses tree, Carracas was researched at the Castillo in the Edad de los Castillos; the listed research time was 32 segundos, while no universal cost is recorded here. It is not available in the revised current tree. For present marina play, follow the active Portugueses bonuses and ship upgrades rather than reserving recursos for Carracas. (Castillo, unidades)
Efecto y momento de investigación
Carracas was the Portugueses Edad de los Castillos unique technology that gave ships +1 cuerpo a cuerpo and armadura contra proyectiles. The Last Chieftains revised the Portugueses árbol de tecnologías and removed Carracas, so it is historical rather than a current option. Its former armor bonus favored durable marina engagements; current Portugueses fleet planning should follow the revised technology set and present ship statistics.
