Resumen
Sparabaras gives Persian Immortals and Spearmen additional armor, helping this frontline resist incoming attacks. It is most useful when both affected unit groups are active and must hold ground for the rest of the army.
Effect and affected unidades
Sparabaras increases the armor of Immortals and Spearmen. This improves the durability of two frontline unit types with different roles, but does not provide a general armor increase to the entire Persian army. Position each unit where its role can protect the other parts of the force. (unidades, edificios, unidades)
Research cost and timing
Research Sparabaras at the Fuerte in the Classical Age for 350 Comida and 300 Oro; the entry does not list a separate research time. It is a focused defensive investment, so prioritize it when Immortals and Spearmen will both remain in the frontline. If only one affected group is in use, compare it with upgrades or production that support the unidades actually fighting. (Fuerte, Comida, Oro, unidades)
Efecto y momento de investigación
Sparabaras grants additional armor to Immortals and Spearmen. It is researched at the Fuerte in the Classical Age for 350 Comida and 300 Oro. The extra protection is useful when these unidades must hold a line against repeated attacks; combine them with a distancia support and avoid relying on armor alone against large groups or specialized counters. (Fuerte, Comida, Oro, unidades)
