Banana

Banana is a Common hat that balances a banana on top of Bongo Cat's head. Despite - or because of - its simplicity, the humble banana has become a fan favourite and a beloved fixture of the Common tier. It is equipped from the inventory like every other hat and stays put while the cat bongs along with your keyboard, mouse or controller input.

How to obtain

It drops from chests. Chests show up roughly every 30 minutes once you have banked at least 1,000 bongo beats, and each one holds a random cosmetic at a random rarity. With a Common drop rate of 90%, the Banana is one of the earliest hats most players pull - nine chests in ten contain a Common item.

Gameplay notes

The Banana is tradeable on the Steam Community Market and remains available. Its charm is purely cosmetic, but spare copies are useful: ten Commons exchange into one Uncommon through the 10:1 chain, so duplicate bananas quietly fuel the climb toward higher rarities.
