Common
Rarity Tiers · Bongo Cat
Common is the lowest rarity tier in Bongo Cat and by far the easiest to find: roughly 90% of everything that drops from chests is a Common. These cosmetics show up in plain gray (#B0b0b0) and sit at sort order 1 in rarity-sorted inventory views.
How to obtain
The cat bongs along with your keyboard, mouse and controller input; after 1,000 bongo beats, a chest drops roughly every 30 minutes. Nearly every chest you open contains a Common, so your inventory fills up with them fast.
Gameplay notes
Commons are the foundation of the 10:1 exchange chain: ten Commons combine into a single Uncommon. They trade on the Steam Community Market for $0.03-$0.10 apiece, so most players stockpile them for exchanges instead of selling.
