Special is the odd one out among Bongo Cat's rarity tiers: it covers event-exclusive items that only appear during limited-time events. Unlike every other tier, Special cosmetics never drop from regular chests. They sort at order 6, after Legendary.

How to obtain

Special items can only be obtained while their limited-time event is active, so the key is to play during the event window. Miss it, and those items leave the regular loot pool for good.

Gameplay notes

Sitting outside the normal chest-and-exchange loop, Special items often become collector favorites over time - their scarcity comes from the calendar rather than a drop rate. They are still hats and skins equipped from the inventory, like cosmetics in every other tier.
