Beret

Beret is a Common hat that tilts a classic soft beret over Bongo Cat's head, lending the cat an artsy, Parisian air. Hats are equipped from the inventory and stay in place as the cat bongs along with your keyboard, mouse or controller input.

How to obtain

It drops from chests. Chests show up roughly every 30 minutes once you have banked at least 1,000 bongo beats, and each one holds a random cosmetic at a random rarity. The Common drop rate of 90% makes the Beret one of the earliest hats most players see - nine chests in ten contain a Common item.

Gameplay notes

The Beret is tradeable on the Steam Community Market and still available. It is cosmetic only, and spare copies feed the 10:1 exchange chain toward Uncommon.
