Book

Book is a Common hat for Bongo Cat that balances a single book on the cat's head. The scholarly headwear gives the drummer a quiet, studious look between bongo hits.

How to obtain

The Book comes from chest drops, which appear about every 30 minutes after 1,000 bongo beats. It holds the Common drop rate of 90%, making it one of the earliest hats most players collect. The item is tradeable on the Steam Community Market, and duplicates can be spent in the 10:1 exchange chain to climb rarity tiers. It is currently available in the drop pool.

Gameplay notes

Like all hats, the Book is a cosmetic equipped from the inventory and has no effect on how Bongo Cat bongs along with keyboard, mouse, or controller input. It pairs naturally with the Common Book Stack for a themed reading-corner loadout.
