Happy Flowers is a Common hat that crowns Bongo Cat with a cheerful ring of blossoms. Like other headwear it is equipped from the inventory, and it stays on while the cat bongs along with your keyboard, mouse or controller input.

How to obtain

This hat drops from chests, which appear roughly every 30 minutes after you have banked 1,000 bongo beats. As a Common item it carries the 90% drop rate, so it shows up quickly for almost every player. Ten Common duplicates can also be exchanged upward through the 10:1 exchange chain, and it is tradeable on the Steam Community Market.
