Horned Viking Helmet

Horned Viking Helmet is an Uncommon hat that outfits Bongo Cat with the classic horned helmet of Norse legend. It has become one of the most recognizable Uncommon headpieces in the game. Like all hats it equips from the inventory and stays on while the cat bongs along with your keyboard, mouse or controller.

How to obtain

The helmet drops from chests, which show up roughly every 30 minutes once you have banked 1,000 bongo beats. The Uncommon rate of 9.5% means most active players will see one without too much trouble. Ten Common items can also be traded up to an Uncommon via the 10:1 exchange chain, and the hat is tradeable on the Steam Community Market.

Trivia

Real Viking helmets never had horns - the look comes from 19th-century opera costumes. Historically dubious, visually iconic.
