Hyper Party Hat

Hyper Party Hat is a Common hat that puts Bongo Cat in full celebration mode with an extra-energetic take on the classic party cone. It equips from the inventory like any headwear and stays on while the cat bongs along with your keyboard, mouse or controller.

How to obtain

This hat drops from chests, which appear roughly every 30 minutes once you have banked 1,000 bongo beats. At the Common rate of 90% it is among the first cosmetics new players collect. Extra copies can be fed into the 10:1 exchange chain, and it is tradeable on the Steam Community Market.

Trivia

A reliable pick for birthday streams and celebration clips - cheap to obtain, impossible to mistake for anything but a party.
