Nyaa

Nyaa is a Common Emoji cosmetic — a cheerful "nyaa" expression for Bongo Cat to wear while it bongs along to your keyboard, mouse, or controller input.

How to obtain

Nyaa drops from chests, which are awarded roughly every 30 minutes after 1,000 bongo beats. Its 90% drop rate matches the standard Common rate, so it is one of the earliest expressions players unlock.

Gameplay notes

The item is tradeable on the Steam Community Market, and duplicates can feed the 10:1 exchange chain that upgrades tiers. Like other cosmetics, it is equipped from the inventory, and it remains available in the drop pool.
