Pixel Hat

The Pixel Hat is a Common hat that brings the 8-bit look up top. It dresses Bongo Cat in chunky, blocky headwear that matches the retro aesthetic of the Pixel skin, giving even the default cat a nostalgic arcade flavor as it bongs along with your keystrokes.

How to obtain

• Drops from chests, which show up roughly every 30 minutes after 1,000 bongo beats.
• At a 90% chest drop rate, it is one of the most common hats in the game.
• Tradeable, so you can grab one cheaply from the Steam Community Market instead of waiting.
• Extra copies work well as fodder for the 10:1 exchange chain.

Gameplay notes

• Equip it from the inventory; it sits on the cat while the bongoing continues unchanged.
• Purely cosmetic, but it stacks thematically with the Pixel skin for a full retro setup.
• Still available from chests, making it an easy early addition to a growing collection.
