Red Painter Beret

The Red Painter Beret is a Common hat for Bongo Cat. The soft red beret, tilted just so, gives the cat an artsy, atelier feel, as if it might start critiquing your keystrokes between bongo beats.

How to obtain

• Drops from chests, which arrive roughly every 30 minutes after 1,000 bongo beats.
• At a 90% chest drop rate, it is among the most common cosmetics.
• Tradeable on the Steam Community Market, usually for very little.
• Extra copies work well as fodder for the 10:1 exchange chain.

Gameplay notes

• Equip it from the inventory; the bongo performance carries on as normal.
• Cosmetic only, with no effect on beats or chest timing.
• Still available from chests, so steady play will surface one in no time.
