Red Tophat

The Red Tophat is a Common hat for Bongo Cat. The tall, formal top hat in bold red gives the cat a dapper, show-business look, turning every bongo performance into a proper stage act.

How to obtain

• Drops from chests, which show up roughly every 30 minutes after 1,000 bongo beats.
• At a 90% chest drop rate, it is one of the most common hats in the game.
• Tradeable on the Steam Community Market, typically for very little.
• Extra copies are ideal fodder for the 10:1 exchange chain.

Gameplay notes

• Equip it from the inventory; the cat's bongoing continues unchanged.
• Cosmetic only, with no effect on gameplay mechanics.
• Still available from chests, so new players usually pick it up early.
