Tic Tac Toe

Tic Tac Toe is a Special hat themed around the classic pen-and-paper game, worn on Bongo Cat's head. Special-tier items come from limited events instead of the normal chest drop table.

How to obtain

It was obtained from an event and is now retired, so new copies no longer enter the game. Players who missed it must trade for an existing one on the Steam Community Market.

Gameplay notes

It is purely cosmetic, with no effect on gameplay, but its retired Special status makes it a fun collector's item.
