Tiny Yellow Butterfly

The Tiny Yellow Butterfly is a Rare hat that perches a small yellow butterfly atop Bongo Cat. It is worn through the inventory's hat slot and flutters along while the cat keeps rhythm with your inputs.

How to obtain

It drops from chests. Chests arrive roughly every 30 minutes once you have banked at least 1,000 bongo beats, and each chest holds one random cosmetic at a random rarity. At a drop rate of 0.49%, Rare items are scarce pulls - only about one chest in two hundred yields one - so spotting this butterfly takes patience. Extra Rare duplicates can be exchanged upward through the 10:1 chain toward Epic.

Gameplay notes

It is tradeable on the Steam Community Market, so a duplicate or spare can always find a new home. The item is still available and has not been retired. Like every cosmetic, it is purely visual: equipping it changes nothing about how beats are counted, when chests arrive, or what the next drop will be.
