Patient marksman profile
The biography portrays Dragomir as a man of few words who can hold a position for an unusually long time. His reputation as a marksman is tempered by a joke that observers cannot tell whether he is maintaining discipline or simply asleep.
These details establish the character’s patient, understated identity; they do not describe a special CS2 firing, aiming or concealment ability. His Exceptional grade is an inventory classification. Compare the separately named Dragomir - Sabre Footsoldier and the Sabre faction entry.
