Scoreboard mute and incoming-chat controls

The August 31, 2023 Limited Test patch fixed the scoreboard’s “Disable all voice comms” button. It also changed “Temporarily Disable Incoming Chat” so that the control muted voice chat as well. These are communication-interface behaviors: the note does not describe a change to microphone hardware, team radio commands or the match’s voice transmission quality.

Players can use these controls to suppress disruptive communication while keeping the match itself unchanged. Their exact placement and behavior should be checked in the installed CS2 build because interface wording can evolve.

+voicerecord focus and team-intro fixes (March 24, 2023)

The March 24, 2023 update fixed two voice-input edge cases: `+voicerecord` could remain active when held through the team introduction and released afterward, and voice-record input keys could be handled incorrectly while Panorama had focus. The note names the command and interface-focus conditions but does not state a change to voice thresholds or communication settings.

Voice chat during team introduction (March 30, 2023)

The March 30, 2023 Limited Test update enabled voice chat during the team introduction. The note does not specify a push-to-talk setting or change voice-chat availability in other phases of a match.

Individual player voice volumes (September 13, 2023)

Players could adjust individual player voice volumes, a per-player control distinct from changing one global level. The patch does not specify interface location, range, default value or input method.
