Levels

Level 1: +10% Damage on Attack after Perfect Block. Unlocked by finding or buying a manual.
Level 2: +20% Damage on Attack after Perfect Block. Requires player level 5 with 2 points spent on this perk. Unlocked by finding or buying a manual.
Level 3: +10% Bleed chance on Attack after Perfect Block. Requires player level 10 with 4 points spent on this perk. Unlocked by finding or buying a manual.
