Levels
Level 1: +4% Weapon Damage per Attack. Up to +20% Weapon Damage. Unlocked by finding or buying a manual.
Level 2: -8% Stamina cost per Weapon Attack. Up to -50% Stamina cost. Requires player level 5 with 2 points spent on this perk. Unlocked by finding or buying a manual.
