Level 1: 5% Health to the additional instant Heal. Unlocked by finding or buying a manual.
Level 2: 10% Health to the additional instant Heal. Requires player level 5 with 2 points spent on this perk. Unlocked by finding or buying a manual.
Level 3: 15% Health to the additional instant Heal. Requires player level 10 with 4 points spent on this perk. Unlocked by finding or buying a manual.
