Level 2: +20% maximum Health. Requires player level 5 with 2 points spent on this perk.
Level 3: +30% maximum Health. Requires player level 10 with 4 points spent on this perk. Unlocked by finding or buying a manual.
Level 4: +50% maximum Health. Requires player level 15 with 6 points spent on this perk. Unlocked by finding or buying a manual.
