Orders: Middens
This quest document orders troops into the Middens district, focusing on the north-eastern quarter,
where rebel troops may seek their fallen comrades' remains. They are to look out for scouts, couriers,
and signs of concerted movement, detaining anyone encountered for questioning, with force if needed —
with one exception: one Layos is to be allowed to believe he slipped past,
for he is an unwitting pawn who may lead them to the rebel hideout if shadowed discreetly.
