Humbler Tarsi

The Humbler Tarsi are the boots of the Humbler armor set in Minecraft Dungeons II, the unique version of the regular Protector Boots. Heavy armor for the Tank archetype, these boots are built to dodge what the rest of the set is built to absorb.

Their unique effect is Evasion: you gain a 20% chance to evade melee damage. One hit in five from close-range attackers simply misses, which is a flat survival gain that stacks multiplicatively with the rest of your defenses — it shines brightest alongside the Humbler Antenna's 25% damage reduction, since dodging a hit entirely and softening the ones that land is better than either alone. Melee-heavy encounters, where swarms of close-range enemies pile on, are where the Tarsi pay off most.

They drop as the unique roll of the Protector Boots: any Protector Boots drop can come out as the Tarsi. The region drops are The Deep Dark and Humbler Huskland, and they can also arrive as a quest reward, giving you another route to the unique. They have not been placed on the tier list yet.

Complete the set with the Humbler Carapace for bigger heals and the Humbler Greaves for crowd damage. With defensive Minecraft Dungeons II Enchanting Guide and the full Humbler kit, you become a tank that enemies whiff against as often as they wound.
