Oracle Crown

The Oracle Crown is the head piece of the Oracle set armor set, a unique four-piece lineup built around light Mage gear. Every piece of the Oracle set has its own single-minded bonus, and the crown's is pure offense: it raises the damage of all lightning attacks by 25%, making it one of the most direct elemental damage boosts available in a head slot.

That bonus applies to any lightning-flavored attack, whether it comes from a weapon with a storm enchantment, an artifact, or a talent. Players running shock-focused builds should treat the crown as their default helmet, pairing it with Oracle Mantle to keep stunning statuses on enemies for twice as long, Oracle Tights to cycle artifacts 30% faster, and Oracle Sandals for the loot bonus. Because each Oracle piece has a standalone effect, the crown also slots into mixed outfits without demanding the full set.

Getting one works the same way as other uniques: any Mystic Circlet that drops can roll into the Oracle Crown instead, so farm Mystic gear in Brave Haven, Honeycomb Fields, or The Deep Dark, or claim it as a quest reward. The piece currently has no tier-list placement recorded.
