Oracle Tights

The Oracle Tights are the leg piece of the Oracle set armor set, the unique variant of the Mystic line. Their bonus cuts artifact cooldown time by 30%, letting you cycle powerful artifacts noticeably more often throughout a mission.

Artifact-driven builds get the most from this piece. Cooldown reduction is one of the strongest scaling stats for Mage playstyles, and 30% is a large slice — enough to keep damage, healing, or utility artifacts rotating near-constantly alongside the Oracle Crown's lightning damage boost and the Oracle Mantle's doubled status durations. The full set becomes a coherent kit for players who lean on artifacts as a primary source of damage, with Oracle Sandals sweetening the loot along the way. As with every Oracle piece, the effect stands alone, so the tights can also fill the legs slot of any build that simply wants faster artifact uptime.

You obtain the tights as the unique roll of Mystic Leggings: any Mystic Leggings drop can become Oracle Tights. Farm in Brave Haven, Honeycomb Fields, or The Deep Dark, or pick them up from quest rewards. They have no tier-list placement yet.
