Barrier Brew Enchantment

Barrier Brew is a Defensive enchantment that turns every potion into a protective zone. Drinking a health potion — even at full health — creates a well at your feet that grants you and your allies the Fortifying status, roughly 50% damage reduction against incoming attacks. It makes an emergency sip double as a rally point for the whole party.
The well lasts 2 seconds at Tier I, 4 seconds at Tier II, and 6 seconds at Tier III. Stepping out and back in refreshes the Fortifying status, so you can hold the zone through a boss barrage by staying close. It can be rolled on boots, chest, helmet, and leggings, leaving plenty of room for offense elsewhere.
Co-op groups and frontline builds get the most value: the reduction is strongest when it shields multiple allies through dangerous moments. It pairs naturally with Buddy Brew Enchantment for a double-well setup (damage reduction plus healing), Bottomless Brew Enchantment for more wells per run, and Healing Smite Enchantment (Minecraft Dungeons II) for an aggressive support loadout. It appears in several published endgame builds, including strong soul-wave and dagger setups.
The book drops from the enchantment book pool in Singer's Meadow, and the Enchantsmith in Wading Rainy Plains applies and upgrades it — see Minecraft Dungeons II Enchanting Guide. Tier I costs 3 enchantment points and 1 Echo Shard, Tier II costs 5 points and 1 shard, Tier III costs 7 points and 1 shard (15 points and 3 shards total to max). The merchant's level gates higher tiers and re-rolling; disenchanting is free and refunds all points but not Echo Shards.
