Frozen (Status)

Frozen is a negative status that chills the victim's actions. While it is active, both attack speed and movement speed are reduced, making the afflicted slower to strike and slower to reposition.

Players can apply Frozen with gear — the Blizzard Bangle, Freezing Quiver, Pouch of Frost, Prime Enchanter's Gauntlets and Frostbiter — and with the Frost Crescent Enchantment (Minecraft Dungeons II) enchantment on melee weapons, which freezes mobs with its wave attack. On the receiving end, Prime Enchanter — Minecraft Dungeons II Boss Guide, the Stray, the mob literally named Frozen, and soul-corrupted mobs with the Freezing affix can slow you the same way. Only the Warden and its soul-corrupted twin are immune.

Tactically, Frozen is excellent crowd control: slowed attackers deal less pressure and slowed movers are easier to kite. Frost builds that combine it with the Blizzard Bangle - Minecraft Dungeons II Artifact positive status get bonus Frost damage on melee swings plus the slow on enemies. Unlike Slowed, which only cuts movement, Frozen also cuts attack speed — making it the stronger debuff against aggressive melee packs. When frozen yourself, back off until it fades rather than trading at reduced speed.
