Weakened

Weakened is a negative status that hits you from both sides. While it is active, the damage you deal is reduced and the damage you take is increased — a punishing combination that makes every trade worse.
Players can apply Weakened with the Witch Brew gear piece. Several mobs can inflict it on you as well: the Ravager, the Warden, the Soul Corrupted Warden, the Dartback and its soul-corrupted variant. The Warden and its soul-corrupted twin are immune to being weakened themselves.
Tactically, Weakened is one of the most dangerous debuffs to suffer, since it simultaneously extends the fight and makes enemy hits hurt more. If you are weakened, play defensively: dodge rather than trade, and lean on Fortifying damage reduction or Invulnerable from the Warding Chimes until it wears off. Offensively, the Witch Brew lets you soften priority targets — apply Weakened, then burst them down while your Strengthened or Grindstone - Minecraft Dungeons II Artifact buffs are active to make the reduced enemy output irrelevant. Note the Warden can weaken you but not be weakened itself, so don't count on the debuff in that fight.
