CAMPAIGN · RISE OF THE RAJAS
Le Loi
Follow Le Loi’s revolt against Ming rule, from scattered village resistance to the capture of fortified cities and the end of the occupation. (Vietnamitas)

Resumen
Follow Le Loi’s revolt against Ming rule, from scattered village resistance to the capture of fortified cities and the end of the occupation. (Vietnamitas)
Scenario details
The six missions follow the Lam Son uprising from its vulnerable beginnings to the storming of Dong Do. Protecting allies and rescuing settlements help the rebellion grow, while later missions coordinate separated forces and target strategic defenses. One southward campaign has a different victory objective in the original HD release and Definitive Edition, so the version-specific condition matters. (Vietnamitas, The Dai Viet Uprising, Vietnamitas, The Mountain Asedio, Le Lai, bastión, The Battle at Hanoi, Reaching South, fortaleza, Maravilla, Definitive Edition, A Three-Pronged Ataque, Monumento, Wang Tong, The Final Fortaleza, bastión)
Campaign mission sequence
The Dai Viet Uprising: free occupied villages and protect both Vietnamitas families from Ming patrols; the distant Holy Artifact is an optional reward. The Mountain Asedio: hold the mountain base, clear the eastern escape route, and fortaleza Le Loi with the retreating force. The Battle at Hanoi: gather local support, break the capital’s central defenses, and link up with the mountain rebels. Reaching South: follow the version-specific objective—HD replaces the enemy Maravilla, while Definitive Edition captures three intact pólvora depots. A Three-Pronged Ataque: coordinate the three forces, seize Nghe An’s Monumento, and defeat General Wang Tong. The Final Fortaleza: use the allied bases to prepare, then storm Dong Do; destroy its Castles to overcome the fortified Ming bastión. (Vietnamitas, Vietnamitas, The Mountain Asedio, Le Lai, bastión, fortaleza, Maravilla, Definitive Edition, A Three-Pronged Ataque, Monumento, The Final Fortaleza, bastión)
- 1. The Dai Viet Uprising — Le Loi’s early rebellion depends on scattered villages and two powerful Vietnamitas families. Free the occupied settlements while protecting both allies from Ming patrols; the remote Holy Artifact offers an additional reward.
- 2. The Mountain Asedio — Le Loi and Le Lai hold a mountain bastión while the Ming press in from several directions. Clear a safe passage east and protect the retreating rebels; keeping Le Loi with the evacuation force is essential to completing the escape.
- 3. The Battle at Hanoi — With a larger rebel army, Le Loi advances on Hanoi to seize the old capital and weaken Ming control in the south. Gather local support, break through the central defenses, and then link up with the mountain rebels who can join the uprising. The advance succeeds when the asedio force stays concentrated and the liberated settlements remain connected to the front.
- 4. Reaching South — Le Loi’s army pushes south toward a heavily defended fortaleza. The scenario’s victory condition differs between the original HD release and Definitive Edition: the HD version replaces the enemy Maravilla, while Definitive Edition captures three intact pólvora depots.
- 5. A Three-Pronged Ataque — Le Loi coordinates three separated forces to cut supply routes and take the strategically important city of Nghe An. Secure the city’s Monumento, then bring the campaign’s decisive field battle to General Wang Tong.
- 6. The Final Fortaleza — After surviving the last field engagement, Le Loi takes command of allied bases and prepares to storm Dong Do. The Ming bastión is heavily fortified and can mount a large late counterattack, so clearing its Castles ends the occupation.
