Calico

Calico is a Rare skin that gives Bongo Cat a calico pattern, recoloring the cat in the distinctive orange, black, and white patches of a calico coat. As a skin-type cosmetic, it changes the cat's full appearance from the inventory rather than sitting on its head like a hat.

How to obtain

The Calico skin drops from chests at a Rare drop rate of 0.49%, so expect to open a fair number of chests before it appears. It is tradeable, meaning players can also acquire it through the Steam Community Market or use duplicates in the 10:1 exchange chain.

Gameplay notes

Note the similar name: there is also an Epic skin called Bongo Calico. The two are separate items with distinct designs — Calico is the Rare version covered here. The item remains available and is purely cosmetic.
