Cowboy Hat Variant

Cowboy Hat Variant is an Uncommon hat and accessory for Bongo Cat: an alternate take on the western cowboy hat with a different cut and styling than the original Cowboy Hat.

How to obtain

Cowboy Hat Variant drops from regular chests at the Uncommon 9.5% rate, the same tier as its sibling. Chests roll roughly every 30 minutes of play once you pass 1,000 bongo beats. The item is available in the current pool and tradeable on the Steam Community Market.

Gameplay notes

Hats equip from the inventory and are purely cosmetic; the cat drums along with your keyboard, mouse, or controller no matter which hat it wears. The Variant exists for players who love the western look of the Cowboy Hat but want a subtly different silhouette. Like other Uncommons, it can be upgraded via the 10:1 exchange chain toward Rare.
