Objectives
- Talk to Arish at the Field Office
Walkthrough step-by-step
After the events in the Evac Building, head back to the Central region, where Arish is waiting in the Field Office. Arish wants to see Dylan in person — the tremors at the Evac Site could not be stopped, but apparently Arish has a plan. During the conversation he lays out the plan for dealing with the Hiss tremors, which kicks off the next stage of the story: Notes: Plan of Attack, with its two component quests Power Lines and Into the Sinkhole, which can be tackled in either order.
Rewards & unlocks
- None — the reward is progression itself, unlocking Power Lines and Into the Sinkhole.
