How to Start

After finishing Into the Valley of Death, speak with Langston at the FBC Field Office in Central (just east of the Field Office). He asks Dylan to fix the Field Panopticon's broken security system so an Altered Item can be moved safely.

Walkthrough

  1. Repair the Security Terminal — Head through the gate into the Panopticon area and make your way to the console at the back. Two computer racks need to be picked up and slotted back into place beside the console: one is lying on the ground directly to the right, the other is in the south-west corner near a glass cell. Next, take the satellite dish from the ground to the east and mount it on the pillar near the red blinking light. Once the hardware is in place, use the security terminal.
  1. Give Langston the Correct Containment Cell ID — Head south and check the door of cell B-02; a note on a nearby table hints at how the cell numbering works. Interact with cell B-02 again and tell Langston to open Category D, number 04.
  1. Move the Radio — Once the cell is open, go inside and pick up the radio.
  1. Find and Contain the World's Fair Radio — In this area, wait until the radio is broadcasting the World's Fair segment — it mentions exhibits from 80 different nations and 24 of the country's own fine states. When you hear it, pick it up and place it in cell E-05 to complete the mission.
