The Medi-Shot, also called the Health Shot, is an auto-injecting recovery item. The Wiki describes its general effect as restoring 50 health over two seconds. CS2’s equipment overview lists it for Deathmatch only, not as a normal purchase in Premier or Competitive.
Deathmatch use
The source describes a Deathmatch rule in which a three-kill streak grants one Medi-Shot and only one can be carried. This grant detail is not dated to a CS2 change, so it may be updated.
