Overview
Boar's Back first made its name with the Shrike's Crag quarry — until Knyaz Skender, years ago, converted it into a slaughterhouse, butchering peasants who dared resist his unjust reign. Today Shrike's Crag stands deserted, and folk steer well clear of it.
Combined with the dense woodlands blanketing Boar's Back, that makes it a fine place to stay hidden — which has bred talk of the manumits keeping many hideouts there.
It is also territory watched over by the deranged Boyar Bakir — cruel, erratic, monstrous.
